FAQ
How do I get started?
To get started, reach out to your preferred location for a tour with one of our coaches. If we are what you are looking for, you will schedule an assessment by one of our performance coaches. The tour takes about a half hour. The assessment takes about 30 minutes and can be done in normal work out clothes.
How far out can I schedule a training session, tour, or assessment?
We always have this week and next week's schedule available and then every Friday the following week comes out
What is the best way to schedule my training sessions?
The fastest and easiest way to schedule is through email. Reach out to nxlevelathletic@gmail.com with your preferred location. You can request a specific, day or week and we can let you know what is available. You can also schedule over the phone or in person, but please note we do not always have staff right next to the phone so we will get back to you as soon as we can!
What should I expect from my assessment?
Each client will be guided through an assessment with one of our performance coaches. During the assessment, the coach will determine any deficiencies our client may have. Once those are determined, we correct them first to establish a good foundation
What should I expect from my training sessions?
Youth and adult sessions are 60 minutes long, high school and college sessions are roughly 90 minutes long. During your training sessions you are expected to work hard. Consistent effort equals consistent results. Each work out will be led by one of our coaches. During each session you will be put through a wide range of speed and agility training, conditioning drills, as well as weight training.
What training methods do we use?
-Core strength training: important for stabilization and balance so our client can perform at a higher level
-Speed and agility training: we teach our clients the proper mechanics to move, accelerate, and decelerate faster. This also helps an athlete's neuromuscular system to improve the firing patterns of fast twitch muscle fibers
-Traditional strength training: we coach different variations of squat, press, and pull movements. These are supplemental movements to enhance our client's overall strength.
Who goes to NX Level?
We take all sports and all skill levels ages 12 years and up!
Why not just work out at my school?
We say, "why not do both?!" Our programs are designed to work in conjunction with school programs and enhance each athlete's skills and abilities especially during thier off season, in a smaller, more personalized environment.
