Brad Arnett
Owner, Director of Sports Performance

Brad Arnett has been working professionally with athletes of all ages to meet their goals for more than 30 years. He was a 4-year letter winner for the football team at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, two of which as a starter, earned All-Conference and All-American honors his senior season, and was inducted into the UW-Whitewater Athletic Hall of Fame in the fall of 2013. In late 1993, Brad began his career as a strength and conditioning coach for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. After completing his degree in Corporate and Community Health in 1995 at Whitewater, and his master's degree in Kinesiology in 1996 at the University of Minnesota, Brad remained with the University and worked for 6 years as the Director of the Olympic Sport Strength and Conditioning Program. In 2000, Brad joined the University of Arizona and served as the assistant athletic director of strength and conditioning, working specifically with the men's football and basketball teams, as well as overseeing all aspects in regard to the training of Arizona's 17 other athletic programs. He opened NX Level Sports Performance in May of 2005 and has trained athletes from every professional organization.

Quintin Arnett

Quintin has been training athletes professionally since June of 2022.  He was a 2018 Highschool Graduate from Arrowhead HIgh school, having played Varsity football his sophomore and junior year, while also competing for the Warhawk boys Lacrosse team. Quintin was a four year letter winner and starter, three - time captain, two time US Lacrosse All-American, three - time All state selection while garnering Conference player of the year his Senior year.  Post Arrowhead high school he went on to play Division 1 lacrosse for Marquette Gold Eagle Mens team from 2019 - 2022, earning Big East All-Academic multiple times while earning playing time and medically retiring 2022 with a significant knee injury. He was a graduate of Marquette University in 2023 with a degree in Marketing and Health Science. He believes through focusing on the variable's that require no talent will make every client a better person and in turn better athletes.  He resides in Waukesha, WI and in his free time loves hunting, fishing and going North to work on grandparents farm.

Sarah Anderson 
Manager
Waukesha, Mequon

Sarah joined NX Level in 2016 covering rentals part time and as an intern while attending Carroll University. She got her bachelor's degree in sociology with an emphasis in sustainability as well as criminal justice in the spring of 2017. Sarah began at NX Level full time position at the Mequon location in 2018 covering all office responsibilities. She transferred back to Waukesha in the fall of 2019 for office management and is now the manager of both locations. She resides in Waukesha with her fiancé, and zoo of animals. 

Jake Bodi
Sports Performance Coach
Waukesha

Coach Bodi joined the NX Level Staff in August of 2005. He holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from Carroll College. He played football at Carroll, earning 4 letters, All-Conference honors three times and academic All-Conference honors each of his four years.  Jake is an accomplished professional strongman and has competed and placed at the prestigious Arnold Clasic. He boasts a 700+ pound squat and deadlift and has worked prior as an intern with Mike Nitka at Muskego High School. He also coached defensive line at Carroll. He has worked with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes and now works mainly with our adult clients. 

Kevin Brusky
Sports Performance Coach

Coach Brusky returned to NX Level in 2023 after previously working at our Mequon location with our youth, high school, collegiate, adult, and professional athletes. Prior to returning, Kevin earned his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic from National University of Health Science in 2022. He attended Carroll University where he was a member of the football team and also earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2014 as well as his master's degree in Exercise Physiology in 2015. While completing his degrees at Carroll, he served as the intern Strength and Conditioning coach for the football and women's volleyball team. He also completed internships at the University of Iowa, as well as Clemson University. After graduating, Kevin worked at Miles College, a division 2 college in Alabama where he served as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach working with a variety of teams. Kevin resides in Brookfield with his wife and son.

Johan Horwitz

Sports Performance Coach

Johan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Carroll University in 2018 with a major in Exercise Science. He worked as an intern at NX Level from the summer of 2019 to the spring of 2020 and joined the NX staff in August of 2021. While attending Carroll University, Johan played football and was a fellow with the RecSports department. He was also a strength and conditioning coach at Waukesha West High School, working mainly with the wrestling and the summer strength program from the summer of 2016 to spring of 2018. Johan also worked as an intern with the University of Wisconsin football program as a strength and conditioning coach in the summer of 2018. Johan has been certified by the National Strength and Condition Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer and by USA Weightlifting as a level 2 Olympic Weightlifting Coach. 

Madison Palasz
Sports Performance Coach

Madison joined the NX Level Sports Performance team in the summer of 2024. She graduated from Carroll University in 2024 with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She will return to Carroll in the Fall of 2024 for graduate school as a part of the Sports Physiology and Coaching Performance major. While attending Carroll University, Madison was a catcher on the softball team. She earned player of the week and all-conference honors during her 4 years. Madison interned with NX Level in the spring of 2024.  
 

Jason Roe
Sports Performance Coach
Waukesha

Coach Roe received his Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from UW Stevens Point, and his Master's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from UW-La Crosse. He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. While completing his degree at UW-La Crosse, he served as an intern strength and conditioning coach for women's volleyball and women's soccer at Viterbo University in La Crosse. From 2005-2008, Jason worked at Velocity Sports Performance under strength coach Steve Brown. Jason is also a full time staff member at Carroll University. He is the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for Pioneer Athletics, as well as a lecturer. 

Wade Sykes
Sports Performance Coach
Waukesha, Mequon

Wade graduated from UW-Whitewater with his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Health and Performance and is currently getting his Masters of Science degree in Applied Kinesiology at UW-Whitewater. While attending UW-Whitewater, Wade was devoted to the Track and Field team as an assistant Strength and Sprints Coach. Wade was also a summer intern at UW-Madison as a strength and conditioning coach for Wrestling, Volleyball, Swim and Dive, and Soccer. Wade is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and currently an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
